HOROLOGICAL INTEGRITY & AUTHENTICITY PROTOCOL
Within the Kaufman & Kaufman archive, the preservation of horological truth is a foundational mandate. We treat every Rolex, Patek Philippe, and Omega specimen not merely as a timepiece, but as a precision-engineered financial asset. To ensure the absolute security of your acquisition, the Firm operates under the following Authenticity Mandate:
-
Forensic Verification: Every horological specimen is subjected to a rigorous, multi-point internal examination. Our specialist team verifies the caliber, serial movements, and case integrity to ensure that every component is 100% genuine and original to the reference.
-
Technical Restoration Standards: While Kaufman & Kaufman is an independent dealer of pre-owned assets and not an authorized agent of Rolex S.A., our dedicated service center restores each specimen to archival standards. Any necessary servicing uses authentic parts to maintain the instrument's mechanical integrity.
-
Capital Recovery Guarantee: We stand behind our forensic process with a Comprehensive Capital Refund. Should any timepiece be identified as non-genuine by a certified third-party authority, the Firm will issue a full refund of the acquisition price.
-
Principal Consultation: Transparency is paramount to the Kaufman & Kaufman mission. We invite principals and fiduciaries to engage in a technical discussion regarding the provenance and authenticity of any specimen in our holdings.
