• Forensic Watermarking: Every digital asset on this platform is protected by Advanced Digital Watermark Technology. This technology enables forensic tracking and identification of any unauthorized duplication or distribution.

• Prohibition of Duplication: The unauthorized copying, scraping, or duplicating of any item within this Archive is strictly prohibited. The Firm aggressively pursues and prosecutes violators to the full extent of state, federal, and international law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

 

Limited Operational License

Kaufman & Kaufman, LLC. grants a restricted, non-transferable license to access the Archive for personal, non-commercial use. This license does not permit:

• The downloading, extraction, or modification of Archive content without express written authorization.

• The commercial resale or derivative use of Archive data, product listings, or asset descriptions.

• The utilization of data mining, "robots," or automated extraction tools for the benefit of third-party merchants.

• The "framing" of Kaufman & Kaufman trademarks, logos, or proprietary layouts.

Termination: Any unauthorized use or breach of these terms immediately terminates the license granted by the Firm and may result in legal action.

Pursuant to § 201.38 of the Interim Regulation, the Firm maintains a registered agent for the reporting of potential intellectual property infringements.
