ASSET REACQUISITION & REFUND POLICY

At Kaufman & Kaufman, we facilitate the acquisition of premier physical assets. We understand that a private portfolio requires absolute confidence. If an asset does not meet your specific investment criteria upon arrival, we provide a structured reacquisition process.

Policy Overview

Eligibility: Any asset acquired through Kaufman & Kaufman may be submitted for reacquisition following delivery.
Condition Requirement: To maintain the integrity of our gallery, the asset must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. High-value items (Gemstones, Numismatics, Archival Media) must remain in their original protective housing or rosewood displays to qualify for a full valuation refund.

Logistics & Shipping

For your convenience, Kaufman & Kaufman can provide a pre-paid, insured return shipping label upon request.

Shipping Costs: The cost of the insured label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Process: To initiate a return, please contact your Asset Concierge at sales@kaufmanandkaufman.com to receive your authorized shipping documentation.

Restocking & Inspection Fees

All returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee to cover the cost of professional re-inspection and archival processing.

Exception: Kaufman & Kaufman waives this fee if the asset is found to have been damaged or defective during the initial transit to the client.

Return Submission Process

To return your acquisition, please securely place the asset in its original packaging. We recommend utilizing the same high-security shipping methods used for the initial delivery. Please direct all returns to:

Valuation & Refunds

Upon receipt, our specialists will perform a technical inspection of the asset's condition. Once the asset's integrity is verified, we will process your refund. You will receive a formal confirmation from your Asset Concierge when the transaction is finalized.
