​Kaufman & Kaufman, LLC ("The Firm") maintains rigorous standards for the accuracy of our asset inventory, valuations, and technical specifications. However, the Firm reserves the right to rectify any clerical, typographical, or technological errors that may occur.

• Transaction Protocol: If a transaction is based on erroneous data, the Firm reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void the transaction and issue a full refund, thereby dissolving any further liability.

 

Trademark & Affiliation Disclosure

​Kaufman & Kaufman, LLC is an Independent Boutique Firm specializing in the acquisition and curation of pre-owned luxury assets.

• Non-Affiliation: The Firm is not an authorized dealer, partner, or affiliate of Rolex Watch U.S.A., or any other trademarked brands featured in our archive.

• Ownership: All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Our use of these marks is strictly for the descriptive identification of the assets within the Kaufman Archive.
