SPECIMEN VERIFICATION & VISUAL DOCUMENTATION
The Kaufman & Kaufman archive utilizes high-fidelity forensic photography to ensure absolute transparency. The images provided are of the Specific Asset designated for acquisition; we do not utilize stock photography for our gemological holdings.
CONDITION & CURATION STANDARDS
Every specimen in our collection undergoes a rigorous multi-point preparation process before being cataloged:
-
Forensic Restoration: This asset has been professionally cleaned and laboratory-polished to satisfy our "Pristine Condition" mandate.
-
Surface Integrity: The specimen exhibits minimal-to-zero signs of structural wear, maintaining its original artisanal luster and metallurgical geometry.
-
Accurate Representation: While we strive for technical perfection, any unique characteristics or era-specific markers are documented with forensic detail in the asset description below.
ACQUISITION PROTOCOL
As a potential principal in this investment, we advise a comprehensive review of the provided high-resolution imagery. These photographs serve as a primary component of the Archival Description.
We encourage a technical consultation prior to finalizing your investment. Should you require additional macro-photography or a specific metallurgical analysis, please contact your Private Asset Concierge.
-
ASSET REVERSAL & CAPITAL REFUND PROTOCOLS
At Kaufman & Kaufman, we recognize the significant trust required when allocating capital toward high-end assets. While our forensic vetting process is designed to ensure absolute specimen integrity, we maintain a structured protocol for asset reversals to ensure principal protection and client confidence.
RETURN POLICY & ELIGIBILITY
To maintain the archival integrity of our inventory, returns are processed under the following strict criteria:
-
Verification Window: The Firm must be notified of a return request within [Insert Number, e.g., 14] days of the asset’s arrival at the delivery destination.
-
Archival Condition: Assets must be returned in the exact "Forensic State" in which they were dispatched. Any evidence of cleaning, metallurgical alteration, or damage to protective slabs/cases will void the reversal protocol.
-
Non-Returnable Assets: Please note that certain high-volatility specimens, specifically Physical Bullion and market-sensitive precious metals, may be subject to restricted return protocols due to fluctuating spot valuations.
REFUND PROCESS
Once a specimen has been returned to the Archive and passed a Re-Authentication Inspection, the refund will be initiated:
-
Forensic Audit: Our team will verify that the specimen’s maker’s marks, weight, and material integrity match our dispatch records.
-
Capital Settlement: Upon successful audit, a full refund of the acquisition price will be credited to the original funding source.
-
Logistics: We utilize FedEx exclusively for secure asset transit. Clients are responsible for ensuring the asset is fully insured during the return journey.
